Options! First shift: Monday- Friday 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM Split Shift:
Monday - Thursday 12:30 PM -11:00 PM (Includes 10% Shift Premium).
Second Shift: Monday - Thursday 4:00 PM - 2:30 AM (Includes 10% Shift
Premium). Third Shift: Sunday - Thursday 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM (Includes
10% Shift Premium). JOB SUMMARY: Operates CNC Turning Centers to machine
metallic parts. At direction of Production Supervisor, may make simple
setups on CNC Turning equipment. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Performs simple, repetitive and progressive turning operations on CNC
turning machines. Maintains close and exacting tolerances and finish
specifications. Verifies conformance of finished work piece to
specifications through the use of various inspection measuring
equipment, including micrometers and veniers. Utilizes SPC charts to
report variations in processes. Proceeds under direct supervision. In
coordination with the Maintenance Department, performs preventive
maintenance on CNC turning equipment. Demonstrates a thorough knowledge
of and conformity with Ace Precision Quality System work instruction
requirements that govern CNC turning operations. Maintains or exceeds
production standards through efficient organization and planning.
Follows and complies with all safety policies and procedures. Accurately
completes all required documentation. Meets attendance policy
requirements. Contributes to team effort by assisting in areas as
needed. Qualifications To perform this job successfully, an individual

school diploma or general education degree (GED), with minimum three
months related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of
education and experience. LANGUAGE SKILLS: Ability to read English and
understand sketches, routings, safety rules, operating and maintenance
instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively communicate
with employees and other Company stakeholders. MATHEMATICAL SKILLS:
Requires the ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide decimals and
fractions. REASONING ABILITY: Requires the use of some judgment to
comply with work instructions, follow prescribed methods and make minor
decisions as to setups, operations, and processes. . \* Equal
