Transportation Systems AnalystThe Supply Chain Transportation Systems Analyst is a subject matter expert on multiple systems that support the transportation functions and is primarily responsible for assisting transportation systems users with technical and process inquiries and issues. To do this the Supply Chain Transportation Systems Analysts takes on several responsibilities including Transportation Systems Help Desk, Master Data Management, Transportation systems and operations super user, and transportation planning.Primary Responsibilities:Respond to user inquiries and provide assistance and support for incoming concerns and issues related to OTM, GTM, FourKites, Transportation Analytics, EDI integrations, BI Publisher and MediusDiagnose and resolve applicable issues.Troubleshoot and resolve freight invoice settlement errors and inquiriesEscalate unresolved issues to the appropriate team.Follow standard help desk procedures and maintain documentation of interactions.Identify and suggest possible improvements on procedures.Stay current with system and process information, changes, and updates.Fuel DOESchedulesCarrier setups and freight rate managementCarrier routing guidesOperational query designCollaborate with Transportation Product Teams, Transportation Operations Teams and other applicable cross functional teams for change management processes and testing of systems including but not limited to: OTM, GTM, FourKites, Transportation Analytics, OpenText (EDI trading partner enablement), BI Publisher, and Medius.Participate in OTM quarterly release regression testingGuide users on the effective utilization of the system and provide training as necessaryIdentifies process improvement and system enhancement opportunities and assists in enabling user adoptionDevelops diversified knowledge in all Transportation regions to quickly be able to adapt and cover transportation planning operations based on needs.Helps monitor carrier service issues.Education/Experience Requirement:Bachelors Degree and 2-3 years transportation systems usage/planningAbout Land O'Lakes, Inc.Join us and be part of a Fortune 250, farmer- and member-owned cooperative that is reimagining the business of food.
