Position Summary
The Pile Driving Crane Operator is responsible for safely operating heavy
equipment, primarily cranes, to drive and install driven pipe piles on
Deep Foundations projects. This role requires extensive experience in crane
operations and pile driving, ensuring precision and safety in all
activities. The operator works closely with project teams to meet project
schedules and quality standards while adhering to Forgen's core values and
safety protocols.

driven piles of all types, drilled shafts, auger-cast/displacement
piles, micro piles, secant/tangent piles, helical piles, stone
columns, deep soil mixing and dynamic compaction. As a prime contractor or
subcontractor, we offer customized solutions for material supply,
installation, or full turnkey services, delivering high-quality results
for ground improvement, excavation support, and complex foundation systems.
Key Responsibilities
Operate cranes equipped with pile driving leads and hammers to install driven
pipe piles, including both vertical and battered piles.
Perform pre-operational inspections and basic maintenance to ensure the crane
is in proper working condition.
Collaborate with site supervisors, engineers, and crew to execute pile
driving plans accurately.
