Regardless of role, we recognize that every member of our team is vital! The Service Line Supervisor, RN is responsible for managing the operations of designated clinical staff. Provides work flow direction and management that is consistent with achieving department and organizational objectives. Other duties include achieving coordination, consistency, and integration in the operation of the clinic site, assisting in the development and implementation of policies and procedures, assisting in strategic planning and budgeting, and leading and/or participating in improvement projects/teams.
Service Line Supervisor, RN Overview
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Actively supports the recruitment, orientation, and promotes the engagement of all clinical staff
Provides guidance to ensure performance management aspects such as mentoring, coaching, individual development etc. are in place and holds staff accountable to expectations
Works collaboratively with leadership and other organizational partners to ensure efficient and safe day to day operations of the site(s)
Anticipates and responds to physician/provider staffing needs and assures that support staff are appropriately scheduled to maximize efficiency, access and patient demand
Collaborates with leadership to help collect data through use of reporting in order to analyze, forecast, plan and direct clinic operations
Promotes, supports and participates in process improvement, quality initiatives, and innovation
Minimum Qualifications:
Associate's (ADN) or Bachelor's (BSN) Degree in Nursing
Current Minnesota RN License
BLS Certification
Location: Women's Health Specialty Clinic - Minneapolis, MN
Hours: 1.0 FTE (Monday-Friday)
