Develop the Company's annual Enterprise Risk Management training.
Collaborate with the learning project team, including the lead instructional
designer and learning consultant.
Ensure training materials are detailed, engaging, and aligned with company
standards.
Provide support in learning design, setting learning objectives,
writing, and storyboarding.
Qualifications:
At least 6+ years of experience in eLearning, instructional design,
education, or related fields.
Proven experience as an instructional designer, particularly in risk
management or related fields.
Strong attention to detail.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
