How will you make a difference in PMI?
PMI is looking for a senior level professional who will be responsible for performing qualitative research and customer experience design. You will participate in and support customer-led research and experimentation, developing organization-wide personas and designing end-to-end customer journeys that bring PMI's value proposition to life. Support identification and understanding of the totality of the customer experience across all touchpoints, including non-digital.
What you'll bring to the role:
Drive strategy of and perform ethnographic and qualitative customer research with applied "design thinking" to obtain product-relevant information for stakeholders
Collaborate with Strategy to create a customer-led approach to business strategies and priorities by leveraging qualitative research capabilities; ensure product strategy alignment with customer needs early in product development stage
Partner with Innovation, product owners, and touchpoint owners to ensure a customer-led and iterative approach to bringing products and experiences to market, leveraging PMI's qualitative research capabilities to ensure product release aligns with customer research and stated needs
Work with Data & Analytics and Voice of Customer to successfully perform the additive qualitative customer research that translates data-based segmentation into meaningful and actionable personas
Execute experience design and journey mapping for key segments and regions, across all touchpoints, to articulate PMI's future-state Customer Experience, supporting future enterprise strategic planning for product development and related releases.

Role Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business, design, marketing, psychology, or related field; equivalent experience may be considered
Master's degree in business, design, marketing, psychology, or related field desirable
Minimum of 5-7 years of experience specifically in CX Design, qualitative research, or similar fields
Minimum 7-10 years' experience in business strategy, product management, UX design, marketing, operations, or similar fields
Demonstrated success with experience research and design, inclusive of non-digital touchpoints
Knowledge of design systems, including design methodologies and tools
Ability to collaborate with a range of stakeholders, being inclusive in the research and design process
Solid relationship management skills
Experience of working in an agile, dynamic, and customer-centric environment
Excellent communication, collaboration, presentation, and negotiation skills
Proficiency in the business language for PMI (English)
