A DAY IN THE LIFE…
- Collaborate with relevant function business to understand their trends, collect their needs to translate into robust functional competency development framework and training solutions
- Support Functional Leaders and SMEs in the design/deployment of their Functional competency frameworks and ensure the continuous update of the related contents in line with the evolution of the business needs and of the professional families.
- Collaborate with the Instructional Designers to ensure the design and build of the L and D solutions using the right tools and approach to meet the target audience needs at the optimal costs.
- Support the organization and the rollout of the global L and D portfolios at relevant organizational level.
- Leverage Dashboards, Learning system and Learning Effectiveness metrics to drive the evolution of the L and D portfolios.
ARE YOU A FIT?
- At least 5+ years of direct experience in Learning and Development.
- Significant experience in course design and facilitation.
- 5-7 years of relevant experience requiring strong business partnership and consulting skills such as Training, OD, Talent or HRBP roles.
- Knowledge and experience in new digital learning platform is a plus.
- Good interpersonal skills: actively energized and engaged others is preferable.
