Position Summary
This role will focus on supporting all go to market end to end process system tools, online catalog data and product images and SKU portfolio performance for all categories (Batteries, Lights, Auto Care) across assigned markets. This individual will facilitate systems and process support for new and custom area SKUs to drive efficiencies and effectiveness and speed to market.
This role will collaborate closely with Global Category, Global Marketing Activation, Packaging Center of Excellence and other cross-functional value stream and external vendor partners to ensure successful operationalization of the packaging cycle plan. This role requires strong project management skills, acting with urgency and building strong cross-functional relationships to deliver results.
The colleague in this role will report to the Senior Manager, Global Marketing Operations Process Management.

Specific Accountabilities
Support the Senior Manager, Global Marketing Process Management in prioritizing, developing, managing and executing area cycle plan SKUs and ongoing market-specific and customer-specific SKUs to deliver incremental growth to markets through effective project management and leveraging centralized system tools
Manage system projects and lead cross-functional meetings for new and custom SKUs for assigned markets
Provide administrative support and maintenance of systems and process tools to ensure accuracy of data
Support execution of online catalog platform tools inputs (Salsify, Hybris) and resources for entire SKU portfolio including linking Master Data Governance SKU material information and status, associated image library packaging artwork assets (Hive) and metadata
Prepare and deploy ongoing standardized reporting suite and dashboard tools to management
Develop and maintain relationships with other functional areas within the organization that foster commitment, teamwork and excellence in execution. May include formal team membership.
Demonstrate basic understanding of marketing fundamentals, data analytics and SKU management
May also perform additional duties as assigned
What we are looking for
Required Skills and Experience
2 – 4 years related work experience
Strong analytical and communication (written and verbal) skills
Motivated self-starter with eagerness desire to learn
Ability to multi-task and manage several projects with quality execution and on time delivery
Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities
Excellent organizational, project and time management skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
Budget management experience
English fluency required; other languages helpful
Preferred Skills and Experience
Bachelor’s Degree preferred in Marketing or Business Administration
Knowledge of packaging process
CPG experience
