21 Full Time, Seasonal Jobs available 04/09/2024 - 12/14/2024 Duties: picking cucumbers in 5/8 bushel buckets walking over to wagon and pouring into bins. employee must be able to bend over and pick cukes, lift and carry 50 lbs all day long. cutting summer squash or zucchini on mule train, cut and clean pumpkins and put in cardboard bins. employee must be able to cut and lift pumpkins that weigh up to 50lbs. Cut cabbage with stainless steel knife and set in one ton crate, pulling cabbage plants, hand pack and pick sweet corn, pick and pack brussel sprouts. planting cabbage, brussel sprouts, tomatoes and peppers. picking and packing tomatoes and peppers in hampers and boxes. 3 months experience, spray fruit, using tractor to plant and cultivate, operate trucks or other multi-purpose vehicles to transport workers from housing (weather on or off the farm) to the farm properties; haul tools, supplies, or crops; transport workers from place to place around the farm properties during the workday (including on public roads to reach the farm fields); and/or transport workers to the grocery store, bank, or laundry facilities on an as needed basis. Those that are requested to drive will be required to possess an appropriate license, no one will be rejected for this position that does not possess a drivers license.
