JOB REQUIREMENTS: Machine Operator- Full Time- New London, WI 54961 If

facility operates five days a week with potential for overtime and
produces smoked sausage and hot dogs. Starting Pay up to \$20.20\* per
hour With a \$1.00 increase at 6 months and another \$1.00 increase at
one (1) year. The hourly rate at one (1) year is up to \$24.30\* per
hour with yearly increases. \*Varies depending on position and grade
level Shift Differential of \$1.00 for 2nd and 3rd shifts Work Shift:
Monday-Friday 1st Shift (weekends and overtime as needed) 2nd Shift
(weekends and overtime as needed) 3rd Shift (weekends and overtime as
needed) Position Description: Applicants will be considered for any open
machine operating position on the shift designated in the posting, such
as day, evening or night shift. RESPONSIBILITIES: The positions consist
of operating packaging machines, grinders or stuffers and may include
tow motors. The setup and tear down or clean equipment i.e., packaging
machines, grinders or stuffers This position may count, weigh or
document product counts and or times Perform any other work as assigned
by supervisor Perform general housekeeping duties in the department
Comply with all safety, food safety, GMP and SQF Requirements Must
perform all positions of rotation, if applicable. May use SAP if
transferred/rotated REQUIREMENTS: Minimum of a High School Diploma or
GED equivalent required Ability to perform basic math functions (adding,
subtracting, fractions, etc.) Must be able to work overtime and/or
weekends as needed Must be able to reach high and low levels, frequently
Ability to flex/grip with wrist/hands occasionally Must be able to
push/pull/lift with arms below waist/at shoulder/above shoulder level up
to 40 pounds frequently Must be able to work in extreme hot or cold
temperatures in a damp environment. The noise level in the work
environment is usually loud. Must have 3 months of work history with the
