You Are:
UST is searching for a Business Manager who will work as an operational leader for Financial Planning and Analysis addressing a sizable internal customer group, with high levels of independence in planning and carrying out work. A senior experienced team member leading and providing administrative and functional support to the Financial Planning and Analysis team.
The Opportunity:
Utilize strong knowledge of finance principles to analyze financial data, identify trends, and provide insights to support strategic decision-making.
Write, review, and execute contracts, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, as well as alignment with organizational objectives.
Develop and deliver high-quality presentations using Microsoft Excel and Office suite, effectively communicating complex financial analysis and insights to stakeholders.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements, conduct gap analysis, and propose solutions to optimize business processes and achieve objectives.
Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify business opportunities, assess risks, and support the development of business strategies.
Provide leadership and guidance to junior analysts, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
Act as a liaison between business stakeholders, technical teams, and external partners, facilitating effective communication and ensuring project alignment with business goals.
Participate in project planning, scoping, and prioritization activities, ensuring timely delivery of projects within budget and scope constraints.

This position description identifies the responsibilities and tasks typically associated with the performance of the position. Other relevant essential functions may be required.
What you need:
10-15 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a proven track record of success in financial analysis, contract management, and stakeholder management.
Strong knowledge of finance principles, including financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
Experience in writing, reviewing, and executing contracts, with a solid understanding of legal and regulatory requirements.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office Suite, including advanced data manipulation, charting, and presentation skills.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment, with a high level of accountability and attention to detail.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or relevant professional certification (e.g., CBAP, CFA) preferred.
Compensation can differ depending on factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, education, and level of experience. As required by applicable law, UST provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in various U.S. markets as set forth below.
Role Location: Remote
Compensation Range: $85,000-$125,000
Our full-time, regular associates are eligible for 401K matching, and vacation accrual and are covered from day 1 for paid sick time, healthcare, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance benefits. Depending on the role, some associates may also be eligible for stock options.
