differences. In this position, you will provide assistance in testing
and verification activities on a range of assignments in the Drive
Products in Motion in New Berlin, Wisconsin. In this role, you will be
implementing appropriate tests and automations to ensure compliance to
design, validate, verify and quality requirements. You will be providing
support for development efforts while ensuring protection of the test
environment, including physical facility and staff. Performs various
test engineering duties requiring the exercise of judgement and
application of standard engineering principles and practices. Pursues
initiatives to improve test efficiency and effectiveness of the test
group to increase customer satisfaction. This position reports to
Testing & Laboratory ManagerYour responsibilities Automate new and
existing test processes to increase test reliability, repeatability, and
efficiency. Collaborate with automation engineer to perform LabVIEW and
software programming to support the test and automation processes
Identify current test process gaps and implement reliable and more
robust solutions. Document test programs, setups and processes including
programming methodology for future reference Participate in 3rd party
test certification audits and certify automation test processes for
compliance to ISO17025 as required. Prepare materials and conduct
training to R&D (Research and development) personnel Provide direction
for future capital investment related to automation development and
maintenance. Maintain current and new test systems to prevent downtime
