application submissions. Clerical Specialist Department: Community
Reintegration Center Full-time, Hourly Hourly Range: \$16.37 -
\$24.55/hr Job Summary Coordination of admission records to ensure the
lawful commitment of residents. Review legal documents accompanying all
admissions. Interpret commitment/conviction papers and compute complex
court orders to determine sentence structure and conditions of the
sentence, ensuring accuracy and conformance with legal requirements.
Schedule: Required to work 1st and 2nd shifts, including assigned
weekends and holidays. Occasional mandatory overtime is required. Job
Responsibilities Determine Sentence Status - Determine under what
conditions the sentence is to be served (i.e., straight time, community
access, conditions of probation, es/gps monitoring). Re-Calculate
Sentences - As a result of additional/amended sentences. Verify CCAP,
JOC\'s and 1047\'s; contact sentencing courts to verify or clarify
information. Process Paperwork - Make any changes and adjustments if
