Immediately Seeking - We're looking for an experienced CNC Machinist and Operator to set up and operate our Mazak lathes, mills and Haas lathe and Fadal mill.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Competent in the measurement and evaluation of parts using calipers, micrometers, bore gages, pin gages, surface plate, comparator
- Competent in reading and interpreting blueprints
- Basic understanding of M and G code
- Has performed light setup activities, changing chuck and vise jaws, loading and touching off tools
- Able to setup and operate knee mill and engine lathe as needed
- Position requires a strong work ethic, a pronounced ability to learn, good problem solving and communication skills
-Fabricate various fixtures, templates, die and custom machine components using a CNC mill
- Program CNC mills and lathes utilizing Mazatrol software as well through the conversational controls
- Properly set up tooling and fixture components in CNC mills and lathes for maximum efficiency and accuracy
- Machine by studying of work orders, blueprints, engineering plans, materials, specifications, etc.
- Participate in the tool and fixture design process
