About the role:
The Senior Finance Manager - has oversight responsibility for financial aspects of a global franchise and direct responsibility for the U.S.These responsibilities include leading in the preparation of the annual Strategic Planning financials, the Annual Operating Plan (AOP), quarterly forecasting cycles, and monthly reporting.Also, this position will be responsible for providing critical financial leadership on investment recommendations and decision support to grow the value of the business by providing relevant, timely, succinct and actionable financial insights via analysis, presentations, management reporting metrics and other formats to guide the business in achieving ongoing high performance financial results.
Your responsibilities include:
Reports directly to the Peripheral Interventions Vice President of Finance, with an indirect reporting relationship to the Franchise President, with responsibility for global Revenue, Gross Margin and Operating Expense, and Financial Modeling
Leads the preparation of the Strategic Planning Financials, AOP and Forecasting cycles with close coordination with PI Finance leadership and franchise staff and business partners
Leads and manages franchise Management Reporting processes
Partners with franchise leadership on decision support, business analytics and metrics reporting packages
Identifies, develops and implements processes to improve department performance
Investigates and identifies systems or opportunities to improve department performance and efficiency by applying technology
Recognizes importance and inter-dependence of financial information with other systems and departments and ensures the accuracy of information produced by the department
Manage systems coverage plan to ensure team has required skills necessary for their roles
Professionally represents the department in interactions with all stakeholders
What we're looking for:

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field
10+ years of progressive financial strategy, management and leadership including planning, general accounting and financial reporting, with strong analytical skills with business support experience, including managing direct report(s) and demonstrated success in navigating in a heavily matrixed and global environment
Strong financial acumen and strong business interaction/presentation skills
Motivated individual striving for continued upward mobility across the organization with a balance experience and expertise in Accounting and Finance
Work most of the week with key business partners who are located in Maple Grove, MN
Preferred requirements:
Prior experience operating and managing within a large, complex, fast-changing global company
MBA/Master's degree and / or CPA
Hyperion experience
