The Work Itself
 

The Electronic Payments Implementation Specialist is responsible for organizing, planning, executing, and completing faster payment projects, including FedNow, Real Time Payments (RTP), CU LoanPay, Moli, and Ach. Partner with client and internal stakeholders establish expectations to provide world class service experience. Excellent communication skills to educate and speak to a diverse group of members with varying levels of understanding. Be an advocate for faster payment solutions and participate on sales calls to promote faster payment services. Lead meetings with stakeholders and manage project plans. Responsible for identifying and assigning all tasks and meeting project timelines.

The Talent You Bring
 

The Essential Requirements:

• 2-3 years customer services experience
• Basic computer and office skills
• Job-related course work after high school, equivalent to one year of additional education

Additional skills and experience are a plus:

• Ach experience
• Banking experience
• Accredited Ach Professional (AAP) designation
