Job Description
The Human Resource Specialist works closely with the Senior People Advisor and the Management Team to ensure our new HR model succeeds and supports the vision and strategy of FrieslandCampina. <p>
To be successful, you must be a highly engaged team player with a drive to deliver results and enjoy implementing and leveraging established programs that build high-performing teams and foster employee engagement.
<p>
Bachelors degree in HR or related field; A minimum of 5 years of experience executing Talent Management programs and coaching team members with success;
Experience working in a Unionized manufacturing setting;
Exceptional ability to connect with all levels of a workforce;
A proclivity for root cause analysis<p>
