Seeking a Quality Assurance Supervisor to work with an Expanding Nutraceutical company to assist with quality systems and process improvements in a cGMP regulated manufacturing environment!
Schedule: SWING Shift 2pm-10:30pm
Pay: 65K-70K DOE - **Not including Quarterly and Annual Bonuses!**

Description:
- Supervise and coach staff using the performance management process
- Hiring and training new staff quality production staff
- Assist in achieving quality department goals and objectives, striving for continuous improvement.
- Maintain the Environmental Monitoring Program.
- Facilitate the annual Cleaning and Blend Validation Program.
- Support compliance programs to ensure compliance by all employees in the manufacturing facility.
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of batch paperwork and samples.
- Report on Team Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Support the non-conforming Materials product program, managing the status, release, and destruction of “Rejected” products.
- Assist in investigating and correcting quality-related issues
- Aid in root cause analysis and corrective action implementation.
- Initiate Control Document revisions as needed to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.
- B.S. Degree in a Life Science or Equivalent in experience
- 2-5 years of Quality Assurance Experience within a cGMP regulated manufacturing environment.
- Pharmaceutical, Food or Biotechnology manufacturing experience is a plus!
- 1-2 years of experience within supervision, training, or performance evaluations
- Experience with FDA/cGMP compliance.
