Job Description
This position is expected to oversee all samples that come into the laboratory
and provide exceptional customer service to clients. Responsibilities include
following sample receiving procedures, interactions with clients via
phone, email, and in-person, and other administrative duties. Personnel
must be outgoing and friendly as well as capable of multitasking in a
fast-paced environment.
