Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our Thousand Oaks office. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting daily office operations, ensuring smooth workflow, and contributing to the overall efficiency of the organization. Responsibilities include handling administrative tasks, handling correspondence, assisting Managers and providing general support to team members. The Administrative Assistant should have excellent communication skills, proficiency in office software, and the ability to multitask effectively. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic work environment and takes pride in contributing to the success of the team. Hourly rate $17.00, Mon - Fri, 9:00 am - 12:00 pm.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Perform general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation.
  2. Manage office supplies and inventory to ensure availability for daily operations.
  3. Handle incoming calls, emails, and other communications, directing them to the appropriate personnel.
  4. Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents.
  5. Maintain a clean and organized office environment.
  6. Provide support to Managers as needed, contributing to a positive and collaborative work culture.
  7. Assist in special projects and events as required.

Qualifications:

  1. Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
  2. Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  3. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  4. Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software.
  5. Ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
  6. Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
  7. Professional and friendly demeanor.
  8. High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in Office Administration
