Job Description

 
JOB REQUIREMENTS: The Pharmacy Technician at Amery Community Pharmacy
provides a positive customer service environment, assists the Pharmacist
with preparation and dispensing of medications, responsible for
insurance processing and adjudication, manages inventory, and ensures
best practices are followed to maintain a safe and compliant work
environment. Work Schedule: 0.8 FTE/32 hours weekly between the hours of
8:30am-5:30pm Monday through Friday. Required Qualifications: High
School diploma Registered technician in Wisconsin, required prior to
starting. Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication
skills required. Candidate must be able to communicate proficiently and
accurately with all levels of professional care givers. Preferred
Qualifications: Graduate of an approved pharmacy technician program and
National Pharmacy Technician Certification strongly preferred.
Experience in EPIC computer system. Current or recent retail experience
preferred. Minimum of 1 year recent Pharmacy Technician experience
