    Job Overview:

    We are seeking a Project Manager - Executive (Tech) to drive global technology change initiatives within the Sales and Marketing technology department. This role is pivotal in ensuring business outcomes across a portfolio of projects and programs while maintaining structured governance. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of data platforms and data transformation processes, with a balance of technical acumen and business communication skills. Prior experience in the financial services industry is a plus.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Provide visibility into a multi-year portfolio of technology projects and programs.
    • Drive the delivery of projects and programs by implementing appropriate structure and governance.
    • Develop project plans and budgets, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
    • Identify, assess, and mitigate risks while establishing risk control measures.
    • Collaborate with global development teams and various organizational levels.
    • Manage stakeholders across business operations and technology teams.

    Required Qualifications:

    • Minimum 7 years of experience delivering technology change within large-scale institutions.
    • Ability to work independently, motivate teams, and drive project execution.
    • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills under pressure.
    • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence diverse groups.
    • Comfortable managing ambiguity and politically complex programs.
    • Full project lifecycle experience, from initiation to rollout and retrospectives.
    • Strong understanding of both Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
    • Exceptional leadership, time management, facilitation, and organizational skills.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Experience in Asset Management, particularly Sales and Marketing technology.
    • Professional Program Management and PMO certifications.
    • Experience collaborating with developers and data engineers.
    • Knowledge of tools such as Aladdin, Alpha 360, Profisee, Snowflake, Salesforce, Tableau, Business Objects, Seismic, Datamarts, Vermillion, and SSR reporting.
    • Familiarity with the AWS stack, data lakes, cloud-native application development, and DevSecOps.
