Summary
FIRST RF is seeking self-motivated and detail-oriented Production Technicians
to join our Production team. Successful candidates are dedicated individuals
who thrive in a team-oriented environment. As a Production Technician, you
will be responsible for using components and parts to produce world class RF
systems and antennas.
Essential Functions
Study work instructions, drawings, travelers, test procedures, and
parts lists; gather parts, subassemblies, tools, and materials to
prepare assembly work
Position parts and subassemblies by using templates, fixtures or test
measurement equipment
Assemble components by examining parts and assemblies for correct fit in
addition to fastening parts and subassemblies
Resolve assembly problems and notify the Quality Assurance team of known
issues
Comply with procedures, rules, and regulations to maintain a safe and
clean working environment
Anticipate needed supplies and submit requests for additional supplies from
Production Planners
Document actions by completing production travelers and reworking travelers as
required
