Job Description: We are currently seeking a motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as an Automotive Service Advisor. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in assisting customers with their vehicle service needs, providing recommendations, and ensuring a seamless service experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
  • Conduct thorough vehicle inspections and listen to customer concerns
  • Provide accurate estimates for repairs and maintenance services
  • Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of work
  • Communicate with customers regarding service updates and recommendations
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and service history

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Automotive Service Advisor is preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of automotive systems and repairs
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficient computer skills and familiarity with service management software
