Central Operations refers to a new approach in Amazon Logistics (AMZL) to define a scalable solution to run the increasingly complex and growing last mile delivery network. Central Operations is a key strategic initiative with a vision to transform the way AMZL executes route planning, scheduling, on-road management and last mile delivery.

Key job responsibilities
- AMZLの関係者との信頼関係を構築する
- 複数の部門と協力し結果を出す
- 顧客満足度を守りながら、配送速度の向上に重点を置いたプログラムに取り組む
- 担当するプログラムにおいて、標準化されたプロセスの管理、および既存のプロセスの改善を行う
- 新しい業務プロセスを関係者へ期日内に伝達し、全ての拠点で標準化されたプロセスを計画通り確実に実行する
- 継続的に当該業務プロセスが適用されているよう評価する
社内外のステイクホルダーとのディスカッションが必要なため、日本語および英語でのコミュニケーションスキルが必要です。
A day in the life
業務内容
- プログラムの計画立案
- ワークプランニング
- ステイクホルダー（Delivery Associates/Delivery Service Providers/Station Managers/Customer Service Associatesなど)と連携をはかりながら、プログラム全体をコントロール、および推進し、オペレーションの定着化を行う
- プログラムの課題、リスク、変更管理、および予算のコントロール
- オペレーションの現状分析や改善施策の検討、課題設定、仮説の構築・検証

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 3+ years of Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience
- 2+ years of employee and performance management experience
- 2+ years of people manager
- Business level of English and Japanese
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 3+ years of performance metrics, process improvement or lean techniques experience
