\$140,800.00/Yr. Overview Are you a seasoned leader with a passion for
driving operational excellence and ensuring compliance in mortgage
lending? UW Credit Union is seeking a Director of Mortgage Operations to
join our dynamic team in Madison, WI. Reporting to the VP of Mortgage
Lending, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of first mortgage
processing, underwriting, closing, post-closing, shipping, and funding
functions. Your primary focus will be on providing strong leadership and
coaching to our operations staff, ensuring daily volume and quality
standards are met, and recommending new methods and procedures to
enhance efficiency and support our financial and member service
objectives. In addition, you will also be responsible for building
strong cross-functional partnerships within the Mortgage division and
strong business partnerships with other areas of the organization. If
