Flat Rate Master Level Certified Technician

Job Functions/Responsibilities:

• Diagnose the causes of vehicle problems and repair the same.
• Draw up repair estimates.
• Perform maintenance services.
• Liaise with the parts department to obtain required components.
• Carry out vehicle inspections, testing, and safety checks.
• Document and maintain records of service work carried out on vehicles.
• Keep the shop floor area clean and neat.
• Maintain and organize tools, equipment, and manuals.
• Research technical manuals of particular vehicles to increase efficiency.
• Keep up-to-date on technical updates and improvements relevant to the job.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience is preferred
• A complete understanding of the operation of motor vehicles and their systems and components
• High School diploma or equivalent
• All ASE tests completed
• Nissan and/or Infiniti Experience Required.
