    We are in the search for a Bilingual Insurance Relationship Manager to join our dynamic team in the Insurance sector at our Yakima, Washington location. This role centers around maintaining and developing client relationships, ensuring compliance with industry regulations, and utilizing various skills such as ADP - Financial Services, ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode, CRM, Client Relations, and Communication. If you are NOT a licensed agent, we will assure you get licensed in the 1st 30 days of an offer.

    If you are a licensed agent already and looking for a new opportunity in a growth mode branch, and are not in the area, we will open this role up to an experienced, licensed agent who would like to work remotely. You need to be open to being insured in Property/Casuality and have experience managing a book of business of 1 million dollars at a minimum.


    Responsibilities:


    • Establish and strengthen client relationships through exceptional customer service and communication skills

    • Utilize CRM tools to manage and track customer interactions and data

    • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards in all client interactions

    • Leverage proficiency in Spanish to cater to a diverse client base

    • Use ADP - Financial Services and ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode skills to enhance the customer experience

    • Resolve customer inquiries promptly and professionally

    • Monitor and manage customer accounts actively

    • Process customer credit applications with accuracy and efficiency

    • Maintain detailed and accurate customer credit records.


    BENEFITS OFFERED:

    - Salary Range: $36,000 - $52,000 ( if already licensed and experienced, pay will be up to 60k DOE)

    - Life & /or Disability Insurance: None currently

    - PTO: 2 weeks of PTO plus 8 Paid Holidays

    • Possession of a minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role or equivalent field.
    • Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services.
    • Competency in ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode.
    • Demonstrated experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
    • Strong client relations skills, with a proven track record of managing and nurturing client relationships.
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • Knowledge and understanding of compliance standards and regulations in the insurance industry.
    • Fluency in at least two languages, with excellent verbal and written translation skills.
