Family Nurse Practitioner Needed at our Priest Drive Recovery Health Center location in Tempe, AZ.
40 hours/week
Schedule: 4-10's
3 Days at Tempe Clinic and 1 Day at Mesa Clinic
Primary Care/FNP Experience is a Plus
Candidates Must Be AZ Licensed with a valid DEA
Salary Range (based on 40 hours/week): FNP: $113,000-$117,900; DNP: $129,000-$135,000
Additional Language Differential Pay Available: Spanish, Vietnamese, Korean, Arabic, Farsi, Swahili or ASL
$3/hour (approximately $6240 annually)
Starting Bonus: $2500*

Direct Services Include:
PCP provides direct primary health care to assigned patients
PCP Performs independently or as a part of a treatment team
PCP conducts physicals/check-ups, evaluations, diagnostics, treats illnesses, orders lab tests, general and preventative care, medication prescribing and monitoring, and individual treatment and case consultation
PCP will maintain appropriate knowledge, skill and certification for this position
PCP provides direct patient services not less than 85% of the work time
PCP employs therapeutic interventions appropriate for identified treatment issues
PCP seeks appropriate clinical supervision/support, when necessary, to ensure the provision of effective treatment
PCP establishes appropriate patient files that conform to agency guidelines, best professional practice and State licensing regulations
PCP completes all patient documentation within established guidelines
PCP educates patients about preventative care, wellness activities and prescribed treatments
PCP provides leadership and cohesion within the clinic environment and may provide direct supervision to other professional and/or non- professional medical staff, and students
PCP participates in program evaluation procedures and professional record keeping, makes referrals appropriately for specialty and behavioral health care.
