ATI is currently seeking a Sales Director - Aero Engines to join our
facility in Cudahy, WI. This position is responsible to oversee the
account management, customer relationships, and growth of ATI Forged
Products\' defense, aerostructures, space, and industrial product lines.
This individual will develop and implement strategies to strengthen
ATI\'s relationships with current customers and expand ATI Forged
Products market share for targeted parts and applications. PRIMARY
ACTIVITIES: Leads and manages commercial program managers who support
ATI\'s strategic customers. Is accountable for the financial performance
of ATI FP\'s defense, aerostructure, space, and industrial product
lines, including profitability and cash flow generation. Supports
development of and executes ATI Forged Products\' commercial strategy
within these market segments. Sets pricing strategy for incremental and
transactional business. Coordinates contract negotiations with strategic
customers under direction from Sr. Director. Coaches and mentors
commercial program managers and other reports, supporting individual and
team growth. Utilizes industry connections and relationships to achieve
results for ATI. Supports commercial program managers as required to
satisfy critical customer concerns. This position requires travel
domestically and internationally. Basic Qualifications BS or BA in
Business, Marketing, or Engineering Discipline 10+ years experience in
B2B sales in heavy manufacturing in aerospace or defense Preferred MBA
in Business, Marketing, or Engineering Discipline 3+ years technical
sales leadership experience Essential Skills Experience negotiating
large commercial contracts Strong business acumen Excellent written and
