LOCATION Bloomer, WI STARTING DATE Immediately EMPLOYMENT TERM Direct
Hire EMPLOYMENT TYPE Full-Time WORK HOURS (SHIFT) Day Shift (6am-6pm,
2-2-3 schedule), Night Shift (6pm-6am, 2-2-3 schedule) STARTING PAY
\$20.00 - \$24.00/hour (plus night shift pay differential of
\$2.50/hour) BENEFITS Extremely competitive REQUIRED EDUCATION High
School Diploma/GED REQUIRED EXPERIENCE 1-3 years of plastic extrusion
experience preferred DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Performs duties in a
manner that adheres to safety policies and procedures Complete cleaning
tasks in department Ability to ensure accurate data entry Monitor
equipment conditions often, ability to learn troubleshooting techniques
to ensure pellets stay at a high level of quality Stage material for
reprocessing Maintain a consistent flow of box material on the conveyor
and roller table Put all plant scrap away in designated rack locations
Returned material from production: weigh, label and put away in
designated locations Pull all boxed repro and resin requests for
production Monthly inventory Understanding that position will require
cross training with the material handler position Assist in staging
material for shipments Maintain good interaction and teamwork with

Wisconsin. QUALIFICATIONS: 1-3 years of plastic extrusion experience
preferred Ability to work with measuring tools such as tape measure,
calipers, etc. Solid technical/mechanical aptitude Physical ability to
stand, walk, bend, pull and lift throughout a 12- hour period. (Our lift
limit is 65 lbs.) Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen Focus on
safety and quality production Basic computer knowledge Strong
communication skills Positive attitude and a willingness to learn
