Boulder Ponds, a Lifespark Senior Living Community is looking for HHA/CNAsto join our growing team!

Boulder Ponds Senior Livingrecently opened in the spring of 2021 in Lake Elmo, MN. It is located right on the border of Woodbury and Oakdale, right off highway 94.We help seniorsAge Magnificentlyin our gorgeous 95-unit, apartment style community providing Assisted Living, Independent Living and Memory Care services.Boulder Ponds Senior Living is a growing community with a fun, caring, passionate team who assists our residents Age Magnificently.Join our team today!

Located at: 192 Jade Trail North, Lake Elmo, MN 55042

Shifts Available: Part-Time AMs, Full and Part time PMs and NOCs

HHA Wage: $17-$22 per hour

CNA Wage: $19-$24 per hour
***Sign on Bonus*** $1,000 for Full Time
$500 for Part Time

In this position, you will be providing support to our residents with their personal care services including:


CNA's and HHA's provide direct care to all genders of residents, recognize individual needs, encourage independence, and treat each resident with respect and dignity.

Assisting residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, positioning, transferring, mobility, and other personal care needs as described on the plan of care.

Engage residents in meaningful conversations and provide attentive care.

Assist with medication administration.

Preferred Qualifications:


Experience in an assisted living community is preferred.

Strong interest in healthcare.

Positive, compassionate attitude.

Strong customer service and communication skills.
