Marathon Staffing is looking for dependable and knowledgeable Concession Stand Cook. This position is Part-time and can lead to long-term employment.
Duties
- Prepare and cook food items according to recipes and quality standards
- Adhere to all sanitation and food safety regulations
- Ensure proper storage and handling of food items
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to plan and execute menu items
- Monitor food inventory and order supplies as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow proper knife-handling techniques
Requirements
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a restaurant or food service setting
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen equipment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
