    • System Expertise: Work with HRIS and payroll/ERP systems (e.g., Workday, UKG, ADP, Ceridian) to troubleshoot issues and streamline workflows.
    • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to optimize payroll processes and implement best practices.
    • Employee Relations: Assist employees in resolving payroll-related questions and concerns professionally.
    • Collaboration: Work closely with HR, Accounting, and Finance teams to ensure seamless payroll operations.

    Qualifications and Skills:

    • Education & Experience: Associate degree or higher with 2+ years of payroll experience, including multi-state processing.
    • Strong knowledge of payroll compliance, tax regulations, and related laws.
    • Proven ability to manage sensitive data with confidentiality and discretion.
    • Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.
    • Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
    • Technical proficiency in payroll systems and advanced familiarity with tools like Excel.
