Job DescriptionRequisition Summary
The EZTrac Analyst is responsible for Supplier and Dealer transactions related to our EZTrac Core Program. This position directly supports both dealer and supplier coordinators through core pricing maintenance, ensuring compliance with supplier agreements and Dealer and supplier support with EZTrac core returns, and processing critical documentation. This position also manages eligibility adjustments and supplier recovery.
Job Functions / Responsibilities
Assist with dealer and supplier eligibility adjustments within the EZTrac system.
Process Supplier Recovery Orders (SRO's) within departmental goals and company policy.
Process brake shoe core returns for Meritor, Gorilla, and Bendix suppliers.
Analyze recovery trends for each supplier and recommend future training opportunities.
Process outbound container adjustments for supplier shipments.
Manage receiver administration for suppliers.
Work with suppliers to reconcile discrepancies between receivers and SROs.
Analyze and process core reconciliation (CRAs and SROs) documentation.
Monitor and respond to dealership inquiries within TCS 365 cases.
Create and update Knowledge Base articles for TCS 365.
Support EZTrac dealer and supplier coordinators in closing CRAs and SROs while maximizing supplier recovery.
Provide dealer support and training through online platforms and physical meetings.
Qualifications
Undergraduate degree or actively pursuing required.
Data entry and customer service experience required.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong PC and analytical skills required with database and spreadsheet applications.
Access, Excel and Word preferred.
Understanding of PACCAR Parts and core processes desired.
Able to work with limited supervision and to make independent decisions.
Strong multi-tasking skills and ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.

Salary Range:
At PACCAR, we value talent and promote growth and development. We carefully consider numerous compensation factors including your education, training, or experience. The salary range for this position is $65,500 - $89,760 annually. Additionally, this role is eligible for the full range of benefit options listed above.
