Want to learn how to do family systems therapy that makes a difference in the lives of youth and families?
We are currently hiring for our SFT - Clinical Trainee/Therapist Intensive In-home team who provide family-focused services for youth ages 8 to 17 who have significant emotional and behavioral problems. Our treatment approach is called Systemic Family Therapy (SFT), which helps address depression, anxiety, oppositional behavior, abuse, trauma, delinquency, and more. We also provide intensive treatment for children ages 0 to 17 who are in foster care as well as their foster parents and birth/adoptive families.

Our team of licensed therapists at Nexus-FACTS (Family, Adolescents, and Children's Therapy Services) is specially trained in trauma and stress, and we're committed to helping families stay together, heal, grow, and move forward. We have a multidisciplinary team covering Community-Based services, an Outpatient Clinic, Early Childhood programs, Family Response and Stabilization, and Intensive In-home services.

Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT)

Play therapy
Art therapy
Family Therapy
Responsibilities:
Our hybrid-remote SFT Clinical Trainee/Therapist will provide therapy services to at-risk youth and their families. These services are primarily in-home and in-community.
Conduct individual, family, and marital therapy according to the SFT model.
Develop diagnostic assessments and treatment plans that identify strengths, goals and objectives.
Coordinate case with identified providers, attend to managing the client file, take into account all aspects of the client needs (psychosocial, financial, spiritual, etc.).
Implementation and administration of policies, programs and activities
Locations:
Goodhue County, MN (full or part time available)
Hennepin County, MN (part time available)
Schedule & Pay:
Full time or part time - work around your schedule and your life! Part time shifts are M-F 3pm-8pm - work as little as one shift a week.
Flexible schedules including a hybrid-remote work environment
Pay Range: starting at $61,000 per year for full-time and $31 per hour for fully licensed Therapists
Sign-on bonus of $4,000 for FT, $2,000 for PT!

Required Qualifications:
Minimum of Master's or other graduate degree in one of the behavioral sciences, human services, social work, counseling, psychology, family therapy, or related fields from. LGSW required for social work candidates.
Must be on track to complete licensure for a specific, related discipline, or currently holds a provisional license for a specific track (e.g. LGSW, LAMFT or LPC)
Knowledge of family-based philosophy and practice is required
Valid driver's license required
Nice to Have:
Experience in related community-based work with adults, families, and/or youth
Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply!
Licensure: LPCC, LICSW, LMFT (salary offer will reflect fully licensed & experienced candidates!)
