Salary Range: $87,613.74 - $109,517.17 Annually

Position Summary:
The Environmental Health & Safety Manager will be responsible for supporting local operations with driving EH&S excellence. EH&S Manager will partner with location leadership to foster a caring safety culture that values and respects the well-being of each team member in the distribution center. Develop, lead, and continuously evaluate and improve safety objectives and goals. The manager will actively engage and collaborate with all levels of the organization to ensure that employees have the training, resources, and support to work safely. Champion all safety policies and procedures and lead DC-wide safety meetings, teams, and functional training. This role will work closely with site leadership to proactively develop and implement risk and hazard reduction strategies that lead to a safer workplace for all our team members.
