We are looking for an Analyst, CRM to join Element Fleet Management. As the largest pure-play fleet manager in the world, we provide unmatched products and services and solutions to our clients. The Analyst, CRM will report to the Manager, CRM. The selected candidate will play a tactical role in supporting Element's growing commercial pipeline and revenue. This includes sales, account management, marketing, pricing, products, and implementation to ensure we meet our commercial sales goals and objectives.
The ideal candidate should be passionate about collaborating with peers and cross-functional partners to deliver CRM support functions to key stakeholders throughout the Commercial organization. The candidate must work with a lens toward best-practice CRM systems architecture, data discipline, and governance. Specifically, the candidate understands the importance of Salesforce.com to Commercial success. The ability to support Salesforce.com processes, updates, workflows, integrations, data maintenance, and hygiene is the primary job responsibility. Applicants should be familiar with complex data sources generated in a CRM (SFDC), representing a variety of data types. This position is a mission-critical enabler for the execution of the go-to-market strategy.
A Day in the Life

Support and assist commercial team by answering Salesforce and some business-related process questions

Support and administer day to day routine Salesforce processes

Identify process improvements related to salesforce.com and partner with Salesforce Effectiveness team to implement the process improvements

Automate and help streamline existing Salesforce Effectiveness processes, in partnership with the SFE team

Perform recurring data maintenance in salesforce.com

Provide data management support to the Marketing team

Facilitate saleforce.com training for new commercial employees

Troubleshoot and identify trends timely through analytical data gathering and analyses

Drive the resolution of data integrity and systems enhancement issues

Create reports for various stakeholders and users of Salesforce

Other duties as assigned
Requirements

Bachelor's degree or High School diploma and a minimum of 2 years' experience

Salesforce functional/technical experience is required

Experience analyzing financial data strongly preferred

Demonstrated strong excel skills, including the use of pivot tables, and v-lookup functionality

Software proficiency in Microsoft applications

Strong relationship building and influencing skills

Excellentcommunicationskills (written and verbal)

Demonstrated experience with data analysis and issue resolution
