Account Manager, Large Customer Sales (English, Portuguese)

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in advertising, consultative sales, business development, online media environment, or marketing role.
  • Ability to communicate in English and Portuguese fluently to contact local stakeholders from Google and outside of Google.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in managing and optimizing through any of Google Platforms: Google Ads, DV360, SA360, and proving business impact through GA4 and/or Campaign Manager.
  • Experience in managing a book of business, client stakeholders, and business pipelines.
  • Experience in performance driven industries and managing apps performance campaign.
  • Ability to manage a diverse account portfolio, with multiple priorities, projects, and stakeholders while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to drive and implement ideas in a changing environment.

As the Account Manager, you will develop and manage relationships directly with clients within Google. You will use your problem solving skills to grow existing business, develop new business, and support our clients and team with account and market knowledge.

Our Large Customer Sales teams partner closely with many of the world’s biggest advertisers and agencies to develop digital solutions that build businesses and brands. We enjoy a bird’s eye view on the massive transformation occurring as advertising shifts to mobile and online platforms. We're uniquely situated to help shape how companies grow their businesses in the digital age. We advise clients on Google's broad range of products across search, video and mobile to help them connect instantly and seamlessly with their audiences.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a liaison with customers regarding Google's product launches, advertising, and business opportunities as well as manage customer training in all Google-related tools.
  • Support creation of account and campaign-specific proposals for customers through Google's ad solutions by translating customer objectives into Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Provide campaign updates and optimization recommendations to ensure that advertisers are satisfied with their business growth also supporting identification of business and growth opportunities within the market and customer.
  • Develop forward-thinking, data-driven analysis, and recommendations that align with customer business objectives.
  • Be responsible for the management of projects within Google and clients, troubleshoot product, or technical issues with internal teams.
