Job Description

This individual will work on a team dedicated to process improvement and transforming how we work with our customers within Global Treasury Management.

Responsible for identifying and performing analysis on opportunities within the organization to improve workflow and operating efficiency. Reviews a variety of areas within the organization (i.e., Treasury management products, onboarding processes, etc.). Understands core processes and systems used for client onboarding. Through business partnerships, identifies repetitive tasks which may benefit from automation. Conducts insightful, ad hoc analyses to investigate ongoing or one-time operational issues. Ability to communicate results/recommendations to Senior leaders and management. Defines project requirements by identifying milestones, phases and “small wins” towards project completion. Analyzes costs of existing operations and estimates cost savings to be achieved by implementing proposed changes; makes recommendations based on analysis. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience

  • Five or more years of related experience

  • Detail oriented, analytical, inquisitive/curious

  • Excellent verbal and written presentation and communication skills

  • Thorough knowledge of policies, plans, procedures, products, and regulatory requirements for assigned business unit

  • Understands and communicates the financial and operational impact of any changes

  • Ability to conduct an analysis of a business need, including scheduling meetings, planning agendas and conferring with business line leaders

  • Strong understanding of project management and procedures

  • Builds strong partnerships with colleagues and business partners

  • Strong analytical and forecasting skills

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously

  • Ability to work Independently and as part of a project team

  • Proficient computer navigation skills using a variety of software packages including Microsoft Office applications

  • Excellent organization and time-management skills

Location:

The role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule, which means there's an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside of the office location for the other days.

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $73,610.00 - $86,600.00 - $95,260.00
