Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a Customer Experience Specialist in the Tampa, FL area who will be responsible for providing customer service to internal and external customers ensuring that every customer's order is shipped out and complete on time. Responsibilities include running various reports and analysis within SAP, communicating with customers regarding their orders, collaborating with other internal departments to ensure order accuracy and timeliness, scheduling dock appointments with the Transportation Department, and other duties as required. Once fully trained, this person will have the option to work one day per week REMOTE.

Required Skills & Experience

* High School Diploma or GED

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)

* Strong written and verbal communication skills

* Ability to work well under pressure

* Strong attention to detail

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

* SAP experience

* Bachelor's Degree

* Consumer Package Goods (CPG) Industry experience and/or knowledge
