To support our double-digit growth goals, BDO Digital seeks a Senior Consultant in the Enterprise Business Applications (EBA) team supporting projects in the areas of EBA strategy, software selection and implementation, in addition to Business Transformation and Operational Excellence efforts. The individual in this role will support discovery, requirements gathering, process documentation, configuration, and implementation management of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Customer Relationship Management (CRM), HCM (Human Capital Management), and other related business applications functioning as a key resource for our clients spanning finance, product distribution, manufacturing, job costing, field service, marketing, sales, service, and reporting.
Job Duties:
Strategy, Requirements & Selection:
Participates in defining needs for existing and new EBA solutions
Documents existing enterprise business applications, related business processes, and personas impacted
Identifies existing inefficiencies, potential improvement opportunities, and critical differentiating business requirements
Develops representations of recommended future state options for evaluation by clients
Develops scorecards for evaluation of candidate business applications
Creates dashboard presentations of quantitative and qualitative scoring of candidate options
Supports Technical Leads and Developers by providing functional clarifications and setting expectations with team and client
Solution Functional Design:
Performs functional (business process) solution design in business applications (ERP, HCM, CRM, & related) contexts, to provide maximized business value and delivers strong business agility while meeting applicable requirements and constraints
Consulting:
Gains a deep understanding of client needs, analyzes best practices, and plays an integral part in defining and proposing business value solutions that meet or exceed client expectations
Program & Project Management:
Supports management of business applications implementations
Documents and maintains project milestones, phases, elements, and budget
Supports monitoring of project progress by tracking risks, actions, issues, decisions, and other activities as directed
Provides references for users by writing and maintaining user documentation; providing help desk support; training users
Implementation and Support:
Functional support of ERP solutions and related technologies
Documents, socializes, and triages issues, defects, and change requests
Performs systems configuration tasks (but not coding/development) as appropriate
Provides on-going support during project implementations and post-go-live support
Fosters a positive demeanor, learning attitude and client service mentality with staff and seniors
Travel, as needed

Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Education:
High School Diploma or GED AND six (6) or more years of industry experience with Professional Services, ERP systems, Accounting systems, or Human Capital Management (HCM) systems, required; OR Bachelor's degree AND three (3) or more years of industry experience with Professional Services, ERP systems, Accounting systems or Human Capital Management (HCM) systems, required
Experience:
Three (3) or more years of business process analysis or business application education or experience, required
Three (3) or more years of experience or education with ERP, HCM or CRM Product, preferred
Some client facing best practice consulting experience, preferred
Software:
Microsoft Visio, PowerPoint, Word, and SharePoint, required
Experience with one or more ERP/CRM/HCM Solutions technology, required:
Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365), CRM, Business Central, F&SCM, Ceridian Dayforce Solutions (Talent & Benefits Intelligence, Workforce Management (WFM), HR, Advanced HR Analytics, or Payroll), Salesforce, Oracle NetSuite, Acumatica, SAP, Infor, Sage, Syteline, JDE, IFS, or any other ERP/CRM Software
Enterprise software strategy, selection, and implementation experience, preferred
Smartsheet, preferred
One or more current business applications technology certifications, preferred

Individual salaries that are offered to a candidate are determined after consideration of numerous factors including but not limited to the candidate's qualifications, experience, skills, and geography.
California Range: $75,000 - $125,000
Colorado Range: $75,000 - $125,000
NYC/ Long Island/Westchester Range: $75,000 - $125,000
Washington Range: $75,000 - $125,000
