Key Duties & Responsibilities: 3 years minimum HVAC Project Manager experience. Commercial HVAC and Mechanical Experience a must have. Experience with Multimillion-dollar projects. Highly motivated, detailed, and professional. Outstanding organizational skills. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Effectively work well with office staff, subcontractors, and vendors. Ability to meet deadlines and manage time effectively. Must have SST 62. Computer skills including MS Word and Excel spreadsheets. Requirements 3 years minimum HVAC Project Manager experience.
