| Job Description: |
Need 1 seasonal, full time, temporary Ag Equipment Operator to work in Hancock, MN.
From: 04/01/2024 - 11/30/2024
Work: Mon. - Fri., 10 hrs./day, Sat., 5 hrs./day.
Must Apply By: 08/01/2024.
Job Duties: Assist with all aspects of growing crops. Preparing fields for planting, weeding, spraying and harvesting. Maintain and repair irrigation systems. Attaching equipment extensions or accessories, Load and unload crops or materials, manually or using conveyors, forklifts, transfer augers. Complete general maintenance on farm equipment, Record agricultural data.
Crops: Corn, Bean, Beet
Employer Assurances: Work guaranteed for 3/4 of the contract period, starting with the date of arrival at work site. Employer provides free housing for workers whose residence is beyond normal commuting distance. Employer pays inbound transportation and daily subsistence to work site upon 50% completion of work contract for workers whose residence is beyond normal commuting distance. Daily subsistence will be provided at a rate of at least $15.88 per day during travel to a maximum of $59.00 per day with receipts. Required work-related tools and supplies provided free of charge by employer.
