Current Need:

The Sr SAP Vistex - Business Systems Analyst on our Global Vendor Incentives team will work to define and fine tune business requirements and integrations, as well as oversee project coordination on our Incentives and Chargeback project. The role Plans, conducts, and directs the analysis of business problems to be solved with automated systems. Partners with users to identify, evaluate, and develop systems and procedures which are cost effective and meet user requirements. May plan and execute unit, integration, and acceptance testing; and creates specifications for systems to meet business requirements. Designs details of automated systems. May lead cross-functional linked teams to address business or systems issues.

Key Accountabilities:

Business requirement analysis and project planning for the Solutions for McKesson Incentives and Chargebacks systems
Influences decision making with finance business partners to improve the financialresults of the business.
Develops business cases and test plans.
Understands the ERP landscape on SAP Vistex, other Legacy systems and sets priorities that will reduce complexity andencourage standardization across systems.
Identifies areas for continuous improvement of ongoing processes and developsrevised toolkits accordingly.
Demonstrates professional decorum and discretion required with confidential topics.
Defines and ensures success metrics and sustainability roadmap.
Identify and resolve product issues.
Manage SOX control testing and execution.

Minimum Requirements

8+ years' experience in business analysis, requirements definition, building systems solutions and deployment of business requirements to information systems.
3+ Experience with Agile Scrum delivery model.

Critical Skills

Assist with the work involved in translating business requirements, selecting, designingand helping implement new features and systems for Incentives and Chargebacks system.
Improve internal MT processes related to efficiently creatinguser capabilities and systems meeting finance andaccounting business needs.
Experience with Incentives and chargeback processes of Pharma wholesale distribution industry
Good knowledge of application and infrastructure securitycontrol mechanisms
Manage relationships with a variety of finance leaders thatrely on the existing SAP environments.
Work with the managers of other areas to create long-termplans that align with corporate strategy.
Previous experience delivering high-quality, reliable technology services.
Experience ensuring reliability of existing platforms while delivering enhancements to new business problems.

Additional Experience

Strong technical aptitude and extensive experience with SAP, Vistex system
Ability to rapidly learn and if required evaluate a new tool or technology.
Strong verbal & written communication skills
Demonstrated technical leadership experience.
Be an innovative thinker.
Must have a strong customer and quality focus.
Have been successful in working across organizational boundaries, bringing together people with diverse perspectives and experience to find solutions to complex technical issues.

In addition to base pay, other compensation, such as an annual bonus or long-term incentive opportunities may be offered.

Our Base Pay Range for this position

$100,200 - $167,000
