Job Summary:
We are seeking an Adjunct Faculty member to support our educational partnership with the Motor Vehicle Commission (MVC) in Trenton. This role involves teaching in-person classes at the MVC twice a week during employees’ lunch hours, complemented by online coursework to provide a hybrid learning experience. The position is critical in meeting the unique scheduling needs of MVC employees while delivering accessible, high-quality education.

Required Qualifications:
  • A master’s degree in a relevant field is required.
  • Proficiency with online learning platforms, particularly Blackboard.
  • Ability to teach a range of subjects, including Business Management, Public Administration, Humanities, Social Science, and Writing.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills to manage both in-person and online instruction effectively.
  • Flexibility to adapt to the specific needs of adult learners in a professional workplace setting.
· Employment is contingent upon a satisfactory background check. Candidates for hire will be required to sign a waiver authorizing the background check and produce a Social Security Card.
