Required Qualifications
- 1 to 2 years of experience in visual design, training, or communications
- Proven experience in educational content creation and graphic design.
- Proficiency in tools like Adobe Creative Suite, PowerPoint, and video editing software.
- Exceptional communication skills—both written and verbal, with high attention to detail
- Superior project management skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple deadlines simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree – Graphic Design or Visual Communications
- Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications and other workplace productivity tools
- Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Financial services experience a plus
- Familiarity with Synthesia

Curriculum Design: Knowledge of methods, tools and techniques of curriculum design; ability to develop an instructional delivery system that meets the learning needs of a given population in a timely fashion.

Multimedia Learning Systems: Knowledge of functionality and operation of multimedia learning systems; ability to utilize the systems to facilitate learning activities.
Communication skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey marketing messages and engage with internal and external stakeholders.
