Your Role and Responsibilities
The AI for Business leader for the ISA market is responsible for AI-related business revenue, pipeline, and reputation in the market with special focus on watsonx. The role will operate across brand, social, communications, field marketing, Account Based Marketing (ABM), digital, events, and partner co-marketing to drive effective execution to achieve AI for Business goals.

Your Role and Responsibilities
The AI for Business leader for the ISA market is responsible for AI-related business revenue, pipeline, and reputation in the market with special focus on watsonx. The role will operate across brand, social, communications, field marketing, Account Based Marketing (ABM), digital, events, and partner co-marketing to drive effective execution to achieve AI for Business goals.
Responsibilities / outcomes
- Generate demand for watsonx in tight alignment with business priorities.
- Drive conversion and yield for AI for Business pipeline.
- Establish and expand AI leadership among our clients with CXO specific ABM programs.
- Create a differentiated POV, awareness and consideration in the market reflecting in improved campaign metrics in Cision and the Brand Health Monitor.
- Drive client references and stories on AI and watsonx.
- Drive synergy in earned, paid, shared and owned media to improve search and message pull through in a campaign approach.
- Identify and create big AI market moments in ISA market that touches clients, partners, influencers, analysts, and IBMers through an integrated marketing, communications and CSR approach.
- Drive fit to purpose campaign content in close collaboration of field marketing, analyst relations and stakeholders.
- Focus on relevant audience generation and develop new buyer segments.
- Orchestrate outcomes on daily basis and remove obstacles to execution by working closely with all stakeholders.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- Deep expertise in creating and implementing successful marketing plans, leveraging a range of tactics and technologies within budget, and on time
- Excellent written and oral English communication skills; the ability to present and communicate ideas clearly and persuasively at all levels including executive stakeholders
- Multi-disciplinary collaboration, agile work approach
- Business outcome focus with fluency in business and marketing metrics, strategic business planning acumen and ability to quickly adjust based on business needs
