JOB REQUIREMENTS: Take orders and serve food and beverages to patrons at
tables in dining establishment. POSITION: Waitress/Food Assist host or
hostess by answering phones to take reservations or to-go orders, and by
greeting, seating, and thanking guests. Check with customers to ensure
that they are enjoying their meals and take action to correct any
problems. Prepare tables for meals, including setting up items such as
linens, silverware, and glassware. Present menus to patrons and answer
questions about menu items, making recommendations upon request. Provide
guests with information about local areas, including giving directions
Serve food or beverages to patrons, and prepare or serve specialty
dishes at tables as required. Stock service areas with supplies such as
coffee, food, tableware, and linens. Take orders from patrons for food
or beverages. Write patrons\' food orders on order slips, memorize
orders, or enter orders into computers for transmittal to kitchen staff.
\*\*\*\*\* OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: Must have experience
and/or knowledge of serving food and beverage (Alcohol). Position will
involve providing sit-down food and beverage service in addition to
working as casino wait staff. Must be able to accurately process money
transactions providing change when necessary. Must be able to provide
customer service. Friendly, professional attitude required at all times.
Neat, clean appearance is a must. Shall not have been Convicted of a
felony in the last ten years, of any gaming related offense, fraud or
other misrepresentation of any kind, or a violation of any rule
promulgated by the Lottery Board, or Red Cliff Tribal Ordinance
governing gaming. Applicants should be advised that the Tribe reserves
