Phlebotomist: These employees collect blood-draws for lab work, collect specimens from patients, process lab orders and collections to Kymera’s in-house laboratory for specialized testing, and complete administrative functions in support of laboratory patients such as insurance verifications, responding to information requests from providers and billing staff, processing patient labels for blood-work, and other functions in support of Kymera’s laboratory and providers.
